Here’s the deal. For some reason, we’ve bought in on the lie that we should know how to do (& be excellent at) everything. I’m allowed to say that because I used to believe it too. But I’ve learned (often the hard way), that I cannot do all things well. That’s why God created us each with different and equally important gifts.
I am not a photographer. I’m not a personal trainer. I don’t know how to do those things, so I hire other people who do. The same goes for your brand. While you are assuredly an expert in your field, chances are - fonts and colors and strategy aren’t your forte. Not to mention there are about 30 other things that go in to a successful brand.
For the creatives who don’t need an entire brand, but need help focusing and fine tuning, direction, and action steps to get them where they want to get.
How does this work?
Before our call, I’ll send over a questionnaire so I can better understand you, your business, and what you’re struggling with. I’ll be on hand to help you if you get stuck, but this part of the process usually brings clients a good bit of clarity, just writing things out.
Once submitted, I’ll spend time looking over this, assessing your existing brand, figuring out the best direction for success, changes to make, and creating an action plan before we chat.
We’ll hop on the phone, Zoom, Skype (or coffee if you’re in the Baton Rouge area!) - and talk things out - where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there. We’ll brainstorm together, I’ll answer questions, provide critique and feedback, and dialogue about your project.
What should we talk about?
Brand identity: If you just feel generally lost about your branding, your brand voice, want to mix things up but don’t need a whole re-brand, we can hone in on your purpose, perfect your brand voice, and throw in some fun new ideas to spice up what you’re working with.
Social media: If Instagram is making you want to pull your hair out, we can create a content calendar to give you direction, come up with ideas for templates to share your work, and fine tune your brand voice.
Website design: If your website isn’t giving you the client turnover you know it should be, we can fine tune your existing to site to funnel visitors to turnover pages, update your copy, and streamline your wireframe.
